George Pillay teaches the Evening Paralegal classes.

George was admitted as an attorney in 1998. He practiced as an attorney for 6 years before joining the University of the Western Cape as a lecturer and supervising attorney in the UWC Legal Aid Clinic in 2004.

George graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BA degree and a BSc degree. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Western Cape. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in African Studies from the University of Cape Town.
