Zulaiga Amien, Paralegal Student 2003 & Conveyancing Student 2004

Completing the Conveyancing Certificate Course has been both a challenging and learning experience. The course has been quite extensive and has prepared the students well to enter the job market.

All aspects of Conveyancing have been dealt with. Lively discussions with question and answer sessions formed part of an active participating classroom. We have been trained to do all different types of transfers and bonds, from person to person as well as Companies, CC's and Trusts. In addition to studying the theory and finances we have been exposed to the practical side as well, from drawing up the documents to visits to the Deeds Office as well as Job shadowing with on-the-job training, which can only be an asset when job-hunting.

Conveyancing Secretaries are in great demand and anyone with a strong personality and a willingness to succeed should consider doing the Conveyancing Certificate Course which can only be an advantage to anyone seeking a job in that profession.
