Dear Mr HerronDavid de Kocks

I have been a student of the SA Law School for some time and recently completed my Paralegal Diploma (correspondence study) with an 87% average. However, I feel that I must inform you of the excellent service I received from your personnel.

Firstly, I am most impressed with the rapport I was able to enjoy with your Mark de la Cruz. His work is of the highest quality, and his organisational abilities in executing the smooth-running of his office have my fullest admiration. Mark not only guided me through my studies, but proved to be extremely efficient, professional, helpful, friendly and approachable at all times. I feel that Mark is extremely disciplined in his approach to his work and very well organised. He is most certainly an asset to the SA Law School because of his energetic and complete involvement in the liaison I experienced with him. This level of service cannot easily be compared with anything else I have experienced in my career.

Secondly, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr Ivan Bridges who was always so swift and diligent in marking my assignments. This motivated me throughout my studies and aided in kindling my determination to persevere throughout the course. I thank him for this!

And last, but indeed not least, thank you to the friendly ladies manning the reception desk/telephones - they have always been friendly and ready to help!

A big thank you is definitely due to the SA Law School for the professional assistance I received - this exceptional dedication and contribution towards the Paralegal career in South Africa, by your personnel, must be duly noted.

The SA Law School is fortunate to have such dedicated individuals in their service!
