Recoveries Administrator

Reputable Insurance Company is recruiting the services of a temporary Recoveries Administrator for a short contract term.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaising with attorneys
Answering queries from internal clients
Processing a large administrative backlog
Filing / Sorting of documents

Knowledge and experience:

Sound knowledge of the Law of Civil Procedure
A working understanding of the debt collection process
Excellent and confident telephone manner
Organisational skills and high attention to detail
Good administrative skills

Formal qualifications:

Matric
Paralegal Qualification

Behavioural competencies:

Self motivated
Ability to work independently and accurately under pressure
Ability to exercise assertiveness and initiative
Strong sense of responsibility & ownership
Must be a team player
